Private journeys are an opportunity for you to do some deep work. With an intensive package that focuses on safety, together we refine and gain clarity around your intention. Through this process, what is essentially hidden, is uncovered—we bring what is unconscious into consciousness, the invisible becomes visible. I support you to be with and trust your experience through; writing, one on one conversations, a private inner journey and follow up integration sessions.
A Private Journey will support you with the process of healing your past and visioning a fruitful and meaningful future. This journey can open doors long closed from childhood traumatic experiences. As you embrace your humanness, you get in touch with your vulnerability and learn how to be in your body—this requires patience and a lot of kindness. We work together in the direction of healing and integration of your life experiences. When you understand and take care of those parts of self in exile, you create wholeness. Journeys are a tool for Soul retrieval, gathering what is lost and learning how to listen to the wisdom of your body, while silencing the negative self deprecating inner critic. Embrace a loving relationship with yourself, live the life you’ve dreamt of living.
